If you have been following my blog, you would know by now that I am a fan of Lush. I have written a few reviews about their products previously, such as their No drought dry shampoo, BB Seaweed fresh face mask, and their bath bombs. I have also written about their bath bomb DIY workshop as well.

Although I love LUSH, I am not so impressed by their pricing here in Hong Kong. All of their products selling in Hong Kong are almost double the price as in the UK.

Let’s look at an example – Full of Grace facial serum. It’s £8.25 (=US$10.27)  in the UK v.s. HK$155 (=US$19.98) in Hong Kong. However, it is only ¥1,250 (=US$11.03) in Japan, which is about 7% more than the UK price.

Sex Bomb – It’s £3.5 (=US$4.63)  in the UK v.s. HK$60 (=US$7.73) in Hong Kong. However, it is only ¥650 (=US$5.74) in Japan. In this case, the Japanese price is about 20% more than the UK price.

No Drought – It’s £4.25 (=US$5.3)  in the UK v.s. HK$80 (=US$10.31) in Hong Kong. However, it is only ¥750 (=US$6.62) in Japan. In this case, the Japanese price is about 20% more than the UK price.

In general, the price in Hong Kong is almost double, compare to the price in UK. While in Japan it is only 7% – 20% more than the motherland of LUSH! So when I travel to Japan I always stock up a lot of shampoo bars and bath bombs from LUSH. And I would also use their fresh face masks and bath bombs every night back in the hotel as well! I just wanted to make sure I grab all chances to use lush products while I am in Japan!
