We all seem to have fallen for this. We think that exercise is the best way to lose weight, so we sign up for all these yoga, crossfit, barre classes, etc. But little did we know that exercise isn’t the best way to loose weight.
What??? you might think.
Yup! It is not! In fact, exercise has little to do with loose weight. Then you go, “Well, what is then?”
Remember the phrase “You are what you eat”? Yes, that’s THE answer!
