I have recently finished the whole bottle of this Manuka Doctor Radiance Serum, and I thought I’d like to share with you all what I think about it.
I got this serum while I was shopping for their Manuka honey on it’s official website. They often have sale up to half price for their manuka honey, so I regularly check on their website from time to time and whenever I see sale I stock up a few in my cupboard.
Last time when I order my manuka honey as usual, I clicked on the skincare range and saw this serum. I thought if manuka honey is good for your body it must be good for your skin.
So now I have already finished the bottle, do I think it lives up to its claim? Does it gives my skin radiance?
This is what the serum claim to deliver.
I would say this is only an average serum, nothing spectacular nor magical. The serum is in milk colour with some shimmerin it, creating that illuminating effect. It does moisturize your skin but I don’t think it does a great job in delivering that radiance look that i was looking for. I also don’t like that there is little shimmer in the product, which makes me feel like any illuminating effect I get is not because my skin texture has improved but just some temporary effect.
I don’t particularly like this product, maybe because I have tried out so many other serums high end and mid-range ones. This one I would say it’s more of a drugstore level looking at it’s price. This Manuka Doctor Radiance serum is definitely not comparable to the ones that I have tried before.
The reason I continue to use it though is because it still does a good job in moisturizing my skin so I just use it in my morning routine under my make up. I apply generously on my face, neck and forearm every morning so that I can get rid of it as fast as I can. And finally, I have finished this bottle! Hurray!
I think this serum could be a great find for young ladies, who have a limited budget but still wants to invest in that extra step to have serum in their skin care regime.
